From the time a client places their first call, untill they turn the key in their new home, they are dealing with one person: the owner. This ensures excellent lines of communication and really helps cut down problems. We encourage customers to call us any time, day or night, if they have any concerns. Most Hillcrest clients are second - or third buyers. They have an excellent idea of what they want in a home, and can really appreciate the personal service they receive. They know Hillcrest can offer them a home that is both elegant and practical - as well - designed home with excellent amenities.

Some clients are professionals who want to construct large home offices, while others may require in-law suites in a seperate part of their home. Whatever the job, clients stay involved every step of the way. " We work collaboratively to meet all their needs. Keeping in close contact with our sub trades and suppliers help us to ensure that a quality job is carried out every time. Some  of our trades people have been with us for more than 10 years. We have an excellent working relationship, and stay in touch from the beginning of the job to the end in order to fine-tune everything to precise specifications. They know exactly what we want to see in a job, and exactly what the customer wants to see.
